Core responsibilities

  • Built a two-node Smart Factory IoT Monitoring System: sensor firmware on Arduino Uno (PicSimLab) publishing 9-key MQTT telemetry to ThingsBoard Cloud every 5s.
  • Integrated various sensors covering DHT22, LM35, vibration ADC, PIR (10s hold-latch), LDR, relay, and reed-switch inputs across production-line and warehouse nodes.
  • Implemented modular firmware architecture (SensorManager, ActuatorManager, NetworkManager, TelemetryManager, RPCHandler).
  • Designed auto-ventilation triggered at ≥85% humidity and RPC command handling from the remote dashboard.
  • Implemented DHT22 fault caching with last-valid-value fallback, ensuring all 11 acceptance criteria were met.
